At our 420,000 square-foot facility in Roswell, New Mexico, we construct homes, apartments and commercial buildings that exceed the standards of homes that are built on-site.

By constructing homes and other buildings in our factory, they and our employees are safe from weather and potential delays. This can speed up production times by up to 50-75% and help families, builders, and developers save money in multiple ways. A home built in our factory can take as little as 6 weeks to go through our production line.

Why Modular?

Modular construction offers a smarter, more efficient path to building high-quality homes. Unlike traditional site-built methods, modular homes are constructed in a controlled, enclosed environment. This allows for streamlined processes and precision engineering, resulting in homes that are built for durability and superior quality.
Speed is another major advantage. Modular homes can be completed in as little as 14 weeks—less than half the time of conventional builds. With production starting in just a few weeks and factory construction taking 6–8 weeks, homeowners and developers benefit from faster project timelines and quicker returns on investment.
